4. Recruitment Process
4.1 Manpower Planning
Hiring needs are identified by the management based on business growth, project pipelines, skill gaps, and replacement requirements. Each role is documented with a job description specifying responsibilities, qualifications, experience, and competencies.
4.2 Sourcing
Candidates are sourced through internal referrals, professional networks (LinkedIn and similar), reputable job portals, sustainability and ESG community channels, partnerships with educational institutions, and direct applications received at our official channels. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply for open roles.
4.3 Screening and Selection
- Initial CV screening against documented job requirements.
- Telephonic or video screening to assess fit and motivation.
- Technical interview to evaluate functional and domain expertise.
- Case-based assessment or written exercise for roles involving advisory delivery.
- Final round with management for cultural fit and final decision.
4.4 Background and Reference Verification
Selected candidates are subject to verification of qualifications, prior employment, and professional references prior to formal offer release. Sustain Right reserves the right to withdraw an offer in cases where information is found to be falsified or materially misrepresented.
4.5 Offer and Onboarding
Formal offers are issued in writing and include role, compensation, reporting structure, joining date, and applicable terms. New joiners undergo a structured induction covering our values, services, methodologies, code of conduct, and key policies.
5. Equal Opportunity
Sustain Right is an equal opportunity employer. We make reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and welcome candidates from all backgrounds, geographies, and career stages — including women returning to the workforce, persons with disabilities, and individuals from underrepresented communities.
6. Internships and Early Career
We offer structured internship opportunities to students and early-career professionals interested in sustainability, ESG, and climate-related careers. Interns are paid in accordance with applicable norms, assigned meaningful work, and provided mentorship by senior team members.
